Search for the following function:

m_pkDeadEvent = event_create(dead_event, pEventInfo, bImmediateDead ?1: PASSES_PER_SEC(10));

To make the change simply change the value: 10, the value 10 indicates that the moob will disappear 10 seconds after its death.

This tutorial is advantageous for people hosting servers on low power machines, thus reducing the number of moob's shortly after their death.
