[HELP]Proto convert to txt

Hi.

Someone can create a ProtoReaderNewFormat.exe(PROTO TO TXT) with:

-CHARACTER_NAME_MAX_LEN    = 35,
-ITEM_NAME_MAX_LEN            = 35,

I really need it now.

You can use Martysama's precompiled dump_proto, but I'm not sure if it have those parameters length.
I'll take a look, and recompile that if need it.
