Made with thin framework v2 and raintpl, supports PHP 7.0.0+
All changes can be done in 'vendor/init.php'

If you are using Apache you need to enable mod_rewrite for easy url
or
you will get 404 error. (for other web servers, you can check the thin framework documentation
to fix any potential bugs )

I found a link for localhost tests on levmud website, it contains some changes to not call google recaptcha and some minor changes in index.php
