Help compiling source

Hello everyone i start some months ago, my server of metin2, all time i try to compile my source and until now i cant, if someone can help me.

With this screen we can't understand... have you add extern? Or maybe you miss
#include <boost/unordered_map.hpp>
in top of questmanager.h
