Installation
Download home.tgz to the main directory
Download mysql.tgz to the var/db folder and then

cd /
tar zxvf home.tgz
cd /var/db
tar zxvf mysql.tgz

Server startup
cd /home/files/main
sh admin_panel.py
1

Finally, to run it on the VPS server,

open gen_settings.py

v_bindHostname=''
v_proxyHostname=''

Enter your server IP address in these two fields and change it to 666 from the admin panel.
